Attrition Mill

PROMASTM Attrition Mill are provided with vertical cylindrical! conical jacketed body with electrical heaters & controllers. The mill is provided with stainless steel balls. These balls are stirred by stirrer, made out of rods which are welded to main shaft in '+' shape. The stirrer speed is generally provided as 300 RPM.

A perforated plate is provided below the stirrer & a magnetic arrester at the bottom. A close circulation of the paste is achieved by gear pump or by diaphragm pump. Various models from 20 Ltr. To 1000 Ltr. are available.
